If you were not able to attend the candidate night on Thursday, be sure to check out TV17 on mediacom cable. Terry Wido videotaped the event. It could be on as soon as saturday at 1 p.m. according to the chamber e-news, he hopes to cycle this at 1p.m. and 7 p.m. until the election. thanks Terry!

Wahhhh. Cry babies, move somewhere else. As soon as the market improves, we're out of here. Disgusting neighbors with delinquent disrespectful kids. Unkempt homes that look disgusting. (some with Christmas decs still up!)Drug deals 24/7 in a lovely crack house. I think the water is the least of our problems. I'm ashamed and embarrassed to admit I live in Maladay Point. We have hated it since day one and I curse the day we moved in. There are more appealing trailer parks than this sub-division. Pretend you don't agree, I could care less. P. Sean "Diddy" Michaels is part of the cancer that is keeping Sugar Grove in the stone ages. This town is moving backward. Montalto thinks he can get on the board and get his home taken care of. think again Montalto. You're selfish and a crook and shame on you for using all the residents to try and take care of your agenda and your home.
Pay for your own campaign..if you can't pay for it yourself, maybe you shouldn't be running. Don't send your kid to put your propaganda on my mailbox. If you're going to beg for our money, have the class to put a professional letter together and mail the damn thing out. It's time everyone take care of their own home and stop trying to get the village to foot the bill. welcome to home ownership folks. if you want someone to take care of your issues, go rent an apartment. By the way, how does Sauer afford that mega home and property on a police salary? Interesting!

If you have anything remotely controversial to say, the cowardly "blog owner" won't "approve" it. So much for free speech.

Hey Anonymous,

By not having the courage to put your name on this blog you didn't admit to anything.
You don't live in Maladay Point, it's Mallard Point.
And by the looks of it, your 40 ouncer is empty...

I am of the opinion that this blog could be hurting your subdivision more than helping it.

I drive through and see some very nice homes with great views and open space. But to read so many negative comments that remain out there on the net for all to encompass, seems rather demeaning.

Something to think about.
