This is the meeting where the board needs to know they will be held accountable for their actions or inaction. In the past they have not been able to get over the fact that the village made a mistake with their lack of follow-up by allowing Mallard Point to be created without a HA. They have acted like there is no one in the village that does not have a Homeowners Association. There are other parts of town that do not have a HA, they made a mistake and they need to move on.
I hope everyone comes to hear what the Trotter report says. Lets ask good questions and ask for the village to give us a concrete action plan for fixing the problem. Looking forward to seeing a strong turnout.

The Mallard Point issue is up for discussion at the 6:30 Comittee of the Whole Meeting tonight
